Part of the inquiry's evidence was heard in private, in closed sessions the inquiry calls the “Green Hearings”, to protect the safety of witnesses considered to be at risk. No closed-session transcripts are published. The inquiry has published a gist of that evidence, together with the rulings setting out its approach to closed hearings.
