What UK Inquiry Tracker holds for each inquiry it tracks in detail, when it was last checked, and any declared gaps.
UK Inquiry Tracker scrapes each inquiry's own website (or, where a site has gone dark since the inquiry closed, its copy in the UK Government Web Archive) for hearing days, documents and witnesses, and checks for updates daily. It mirrors what an inquiry has itself published; it does not hold material an inquiry keeps closed or restricted, and it does not judge whether the public record is complete.
"Last checked" below is the last time the scraper successfully processed that inquiry's site, whether or not anything had changed: it is not the date of the newest hearing or document, and it is not a claim that nothing has been missed. Where an inquiry's own config records a deliberate limit on what is ingested (a corpus too large to extract in full, or one not yet configured), that limit is stated against it.
This ledger covers the 29 inquiries currently tracked in this detail (hearings, documents and witnesses).
