Statutory inquiry into the 13 June 2023 Nottingham attacks by Valdo Calocane, who killed Barnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates and seriously injured three others. Examines mental health management of Calocane 2019–2023, police risk assessment, CPS charging decisions, and emergency response. Evidence hearings ran from 23 February to 5 June 2026, with closing submissions on 8–9 September 2026. Final report pending.
