Statutory inquiry into the 13 June 2023 Nottingham attacks by Valdo Calocane, who killed Barnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates and seriously injured three others. Examines mental health management of Calocane 2019–2023, police risk assessment, CPS charging decisions, and emergency response. Substantive hearings began 23 February 2026; expected to conclude end of May 2026. Final report anticipated 2027–2028.
