In circumstances it is my statutory duty to report to you: was concerned that street iighting was not present at this junction That consideration be given to staggering the junction to prevent vehicles travelling along Campden Road from driving 'straight through' across Fosseway:
Action Should Be Taken
In my opinion action should be taken t0 prevent future deaths and believe you as Chief Executive of Warwickshire County Council have the power to take such action

Investigation and Inquest
On 7 January 2015 cormenced an investigation into the death of Julios CATACHANAS 25 years old: The investigation concluded at the end of the inquest on May 2015. The conclusion of the inquest was that Mr Catachanas died from a road traffic collision:
Circumstances of the Death
On 23 December 2014 Mr Catachanas was driving his car along Campden Road to the junction with the Fosseway during the hours of darkness There were appropriate Give signs and a Checkerboard at the junction however Mr Catachanas collided with & lorry travelling aiong Fosseway
