In the circumstances it is my 'statutory duty to report to you as understand that you are the owner of the land adjacent to Tyersal Lane at the point of impact enclose two photographs illustrating the scene as one approaches a left hand bend with limited visibility around the bend. _ My concern is that this is effectively a blind left hand bend for any vehicles approaching in the direction shown in the photographs. trees andlor foliage at this point impedes the sight for any vehicle travelling around the bend. Dear Kevin Inquest touching the death of Mr Craig Marren (deceased), Regulation 28 report: Further to your letter of 23r June 2014 regarding the death of Mr Craig Marren and your request to cut back hedges identified as obstructing the highway: can confirm that the Highway Authority does have powers under the Highways Act (1980) s130. raised an order for the hedge to be flailed back sufficient to clear the highway of obstruction:
