Require fire certificates for sports grounds with stand capacity over 500
Recommendation
All sports grounds and sports stadia not already designated under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975 and having a capacity in a stand of over 500 spectators should be designated under the Fire Precautions Act 1971 as premises requiring a fire certificate.
