Maintain station plan and key holder lists; BTP to hold station keys
Recommendation
The London Underground HQ controller and the British Transport Police L Division information room must maintain a list of the position of all station plans and key holders. British Transport Police officers shall hold or have access to keys for all station entrances and exits.
