Inform Passengers' Committee of accident inquiry conclusions affecting London Underground passengers

Recommendation

London Underground shall inform the London Regional Passengers' Committee, as the statutory body which represents the interests of passengers, of the conclusions and recommendations of internal inquiries into accidents which might affect passengers.
