On 11 July 2019 Metropolitan Police Service officers attended an address in Crayford, after a call was made that a domestic incient was taking place in a flat. Police attended and spoke with a man and woman separately. The woman informed one of the officers that the man had choked her. The officer asked her a few minutes later whether there had been a fight and if anyone had been hurt. She said no. The officers left the woman with the man and took no further action.
