Summary: We will not investigate this complaint about the date a councillor vacancy was declared as this does not cause the complainant a level of personal injustice that would warrant our further involvement.

Summary: Ms F complained the Council misinformed her about her father’s Community Infrastructure Levy relief application and failed to properly communicate and apply her requested reasonable adjustments. She said as a result she experienced unnecessary distress and had financial costs. We found no fault by the Council. It reached decisions in line with the relevant regulations and had regard to her reasonable adjustments when it became aware of her request.

Also, we do not consider Mr X has suffered a significant personal injustice because of the Council’s actions and we cannot achieve the outcome he is seeking.

Summary: Ms D complains the Council failed to preserve a listed building, near her home, which is in severe disrepair. She also complains the Council failed to respond to a complaint. We have completed our investigation. There is no fault in the Council’s handling of the listed building. However, it failed to reply to a formal complaint. This was fault but it did not cause a significant injustice to Ms D.

Summary: We will not investigate this complaint about the Council’s actions in relation to the allocation of a housing association property to Mr X’s neighbour. This is because there is insufficient evidence of fault by the Council to warrant an investigation.
