As the BBC continues to implement its reforms to pay and working practices, we recommend it should: a) ensure it learns lessons, and acts on feedback, from its pilots of changes to scheduling and working patterns to ensure it can track benefits and bring about the necessary culture change to implement its reforms successfully;
