The Government agrees with the Committee that it should publish statutory guidance alongside the Bill that sets out how it expects Accountable Persons and Responsible Persons to co-operate in practice. The Government also agrees with the Committee that it should review the operation of the two regimes with a view to rationalising and simplifying the legislation in the long term.
