Throughout our inquiry, leaseholders have called on the government to act with greater urgency to bring forward the reforms they need, both through this legislation and by implementing LAFRA. The government must pursue an ambitious parliamentary timetable for the final bill, to ensure its provisions are implemented in time for leaseholders to see a tangible change in their experience of homeownership during this Parliament.
