In its response to this report the government should set out its definition of technology sovereignty and confirm whether a list of key capabilities or technologies where the government considers that the UK needs sovereign capability exists, whether this will be published or made available to Parliament, and if not, why not. The definition should be reviewed on an annual basis. (Recommendation, Paragraph 118)
