As we develop our Standards Framework, CIISA will be clear about what we expect from the creative industries to ensure NDAs are never used to attempt to silence victims or prevent them from legitimately speaking out about their experiences. CIISA will monitor how organisations and individuals are meeting our Standards and will collect and publish data on progress.
