We welcome the protections set out in the Troubles Bill to ensure that the process of engaging with Legacy processes is fair for everyone, including for Veterans. We intend to conduct further scrutiny of the government’s package of amendments to increase protections for Veterans once the government has published them. (Conclusion, Paragraph 182)
