The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, his Irish counterpart, and the Northern Ireland Executive should continue having dialogue to resolve the funding impasse. In his response to this report, the Secretary of State should set out what discussions have been had between the parties on the adequate provisions of funding and what progress has been made.
