Recommendation
The Government should expand nationwide programmes like Be the Business and Help to Grow: Management to transform the quality of SME management. It should work with industry bodies to encourage 74 participation, and widen the eligibility of these schemes by removing the five-employee requirement from the Help to Grow: Management programme.
