Public inquiry into the deaths of Melvin Cravitz and Adrian Daulby in the terror attack at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation synagogue, Crumpsall, Manchester, on 2 October 2025 (Yom Kippur), in which three others were seriously injured. Announced by Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood in an oral statement on national security on 12 October 2026, at the request of the coroner, so that sensitive national security material that could not be fully heard at the inquests can be considered. No chair or terms of reference had been announced at the time of listing.
