In the clrcumstances It Is my statutory duty to report to you: (1) posltlon of the trespass mat referred to in the report of T Ramskill at recommendatlon 2 of his slte report: (2) lack of gates at the south end of platforms 1 and 2 (3) The inadequacy of the fencing shown In Image 6 of T Ramskills report and the position of the trespass deterrence mat low down on the ramp: The Old Courthouse, St Albans Road East, Hatfileld, AL1O OES 01707 292707

Circumstances of the Death
On the 13th November 2017 Darren Urquhart was struck by a train after jumplng from platform 1 of Hltchin Railway Station.
