Discuss research conclusions with Inspectorate to agree structural changes for rolling stock
Recommendation
On completion of the programme BR shall discuss its conclusions with the Railway Inspectorate and obtain their agreement to the structural changes necessary to strengthen all relevant rolling stock with a subsequent life span of eight years and over.
