Improve LAS senior officer attendance and command vehicle procedures at incidents

Recommendation

The London Ambulance Service shall improve its arrangements for the attendance of a senior incident officer when a major incident may develop and shall review the procedure for the attendance of its command and control vehicle at major accidents.
