Survey stations to recommend optimal equipment and staff for safety levels
Recommendation
In consultation with the emergency services the Chief Safety Inspector shall carry out a survey of each station in order to recommend the means of achieving satisfactory safety levels. The survey must particularly address the most effective combination of equipment and staff.
