Provide biannual fire and safety training for non-supervisory and shop staff
Recommendation
Every six months fire and safety training must be provided for non-supervisory staff and booking clerks. Staff must be given site familiarisation training before they are permitted to take part in the running of the station. Specific provision shall be made for the instruction of staff in shops and other premises in Underground stations.
