Recommendation 90: Sheriff to regulate access

Recommendation

The Sheriff should be empowered to regulate access to a child in a place of safety and should be obliged to consider that matter when the case first comes before him or her after the granting of the Order (17.26-27) with the assistance of a confidential report where appropriate (17.28).
