I considered information provided by Ms M and the Council. I invited Ms M and the Council to comment on my draft decision.
What I found
Ms M applied for home to school transport for her son, B. Her application and subsequent appeals were unsuccessful. Unhappy with the outcome, Ms M complained to the Ombudsman.
Ms M’s son has since moved to a new school and the Council now provides transport. Ms M does not wish to pursue her complaint.
