Ms A complained about the Health Board’s failure to provide support for her Binge Eating Disorder, and to provide a diagnosis, support and therapy for her Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
The Ombudsman decided that the Health Board’s complaint response did not fully address the issues raised by Ms A.
The Ombudsman sought and gained the Health Board’s agreement to provide a response to the outstanding issues within 3 months.
