Ms X complained that the Council advised her that she would need to pay £204 for a replacement cemetery plot certificate which she disputes receiving.

The Ombudsman contacted the Council, and it agreed to provide a replacement certificate free of charge within six working days.

The Ombudsman considered this to be a sufficient resolution as an alternative to investigating the complaint.
