Mr A complained about the inconsistencies in different specialist scan results where a pancreatic 8mm tumour had been found on the initial CT scan but not on the follow-up MRI scan.
Given that Mr A had raised concerns around his management it was agreed that, as part of a settlement, Mr A would meet relevant clinicians, a representative from the Health Board’s governance team and the Clinical Director to discuss all of his concerns with the aim of reaching a resolution.
