The Ministry of Justice must accelerate plans, and increase funds available, to upgrade the Legal Aid Agency’s digital infrastructure which is not fit for purpose. This should include a commitment and published timeline to fully replace the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) with a modern system by the end of this parliament.
