On the basis of a report by the Comptroller and Auditor General, we took evidence from the Ministry of Defence (the Department) on the Equipment Plan 2022 to 2032.1
Government Response Summary
The government does not plan to publish a full equipment plan, but is supporting the National Audit Office to produce their annual report. It announced an additional £5 billion for defence at the Spring Budget 2023.
