ScreenSkills remains inadequate in addressing urgent film and HETV skills challenges.
Conclusion
We are not convinced ScreenSkills is up to the challenge of delivering meaningful action on skills and training. It has been slow to grasp the urgency of the situation, to identify its priorities and performance indicators and ultimately to tackle the root causes with confidence and authority.
