BR to ensure proper training and clear instructions for new communication systems
Recommendation
BR shall ensure that those likely to use such systems in recommendations 81 and 82 above shall be properly trained in their use. Instructions in the use of these systems must be clearly drafted, prominently displayed and regularly checked for relevance and accuracy.
