Recommendation
The Panel recommends that the PSNI ensures, through its Best Value inspection process which monitors and manages performance, that the necessary training is being delivered.
Context
The recommendations chapter was prepared in 2011. The report states that no further evidence for this chapter was received after 2011 and that some recommendations may have been overtaken by the time of publication in September 2026. Implementation has not been assessed by this import.
