Recommendation 30: Co-operative preparation of national guidance

The national guidance should be prepared with the co-operation of all agencies and disciplines engaged in work in the field of child abuse and be available as guidance for all of them (15.61). It should include guidance on all forms of sexual abuse including multiple abuse (15.62), and should recognise the difference between operational and managerial guidance in cases of multiple sexual abuse (15.63).
