Recommendation 59: Concealing child's address from parent

From The Report of the Inquiry into the Removal of Children from Orkney in February 1991, published 27 October 1992.

Recommendation

Where the address of the child or children should be concealed from the parent a specific Order should be made to that effect at the time of the grant of the Order with or without a limit on the period for such concealment (16.32).
