The Ombudsman's final decision

Summary: We cannot investigate this complaint about the Council’s actions concerning Mr X’s children. These are not separable from court action.

The complaint

Mr X said he was aware we cannot change the outcome of a court order, and he intends to take further court action. But he said he wanted us to help in ensuring the Council was investigated fully.
