12. We are committed to continuing to support Ukraine to counter Russian information operations and disinformation, including developing improved capabilities to respond to information manipulation. The UK’s operational activity aimed at disrupting Russian FIMI networks and reducing their ability to generate and disseminate malign narratives at source forms a key part of this effort. 13. We have a strategic partnership with Ukraine through the UK-Ukraine 100 Year Partnership. In November, the first UK-Ukraine dialogue on FIMI took place to assess progress against our committed support and to explore opportunities for deeper co-operation. The Government will update the House as these dialogues continue. 14. All future discussions between the UK and Ukraine will be rightly guided by the commitments made in the 100 Year Partnership, part of the focus of which is UK programmatic support to strengthen Ukraine’s ability to identify and disrupt hostile information operations. 15. The Government is committed to working with Ukraine to ensure that the 100 Year Partnership Agreement maintains its relevance in relation to discussions on security assurances, any potential ceasefire and any other issues relevant to Ukraine’s future.
