Independent review examining the causes of Carer's Allowance overpayments and how the DWP can better support unpaid carers, making recommendations on debt management, communications and system reform.

Independent review of mental health and employers. Proposed a framework for employers to better support the mental health of their employees, with specific recommendations for the public sector.

Independent review examining ethnic and cultural diversity of UK FTSE 350 boards. Set a target for each FTSE 100 company to have at least one director from an ethnic minority background by 2021 and each FTSE 250 company by 2024.

Independent review of modern working practices examining the rise of the gig economy, zero-hours contracts, and new forms of employment. Recommended a new framework to ensure all work is fair and decent.

Fifth and final annual independent review of the Work Capability Assessment. Examined progress on previous recommendations and made further recommendations to improve the assessment process and claimant experience.

Fourth annual independent review of the Work Capability Assessment, examining the assessment used to determine eligibility for Employment and Support Allowance. Conducted by Dr Paul Litchfield following the three Harrington reviews.

Third and final annual review by Professor Malcolm Harrington of the Work Capability Assessment. Found significant improvements following Years 1 and 2 and made 3 remaining recommendations on further system refinements.

Second statutory annual review of the Work Capability Assessment, focusing on implementation of Year 1 recommendations, reforms to descriptors for mental and cognitive conditions, and improvements to claimant communications.

Independent review examining obstacles preventing women from reaching senior positions on FTSE 100 and 350 boards. Recommended a voluntary, business-led approach to achieve 25% female board representation by 2015, with annual progress monitoring.

First statutory annual independent review of the Work Capability Assessment for Employment and Support Allowance, examining the fairness and effectiveness of the assessment process from initial Jobcentre Plus contact through to tribunal.
