Ms X complained that the Council failed to carry out appropriate and necessary assessments of her sister’s learning disability .
The Ombudsman noted that while the Council had investigated Ms X’s concerns, it had not responded to additional queries she had raised following the conclusion of the investigation. The Council agreed to issue a further response by 1 July 2022.
